Wedding Tip - Bridal Party Introductions
The introduction of the Grandparents, Parents, Usher, Bridesmaid, Best Man, Maid/Matron of Honor and the Bride & Groom is an essential part of any traditional wedding reception. But, todays couples are always looking for unique or different elements to make their day stand out.
I recently came across this video on youtube. This is a video of the Bridal Party making their entrance into the church prior to the ceremony. Although not a video of a traditional reception introduction it does show how unique ideas translate with todays couples:

Atmosphere Productions has a wealth of suggestions and ideas for your introductions.... and we are always open to new ideas. Here are some options:
- Traditional Introductions: Include announcements of Grandparents, Parents and the entire Bridal Party. Typically one piece of music for the Bridal Party and a different piece for the Bride & Groom.
- Custom Introductions: Include announcements of Grandparents, Parents. The Bridal Party Bridesmaids & Ushers get different custom edit song for each couple and a different piece of music for the Bride & Groom. Our website has a sample of a Custom Introduction.
- Formal Bridal Party Introduction: Just an introduction of the Bridal Party and Bride & Groom. Either one piece of music for both or two different pieces of music.
- Casual Bridal Party Introduction: Introduction of the Bridal Party and Bride & Groom just using First Names only. Either one piece of music for both or two different pieces of music.
- Bride & Groom Introduction: Just a casual or formal introduction of the Bride & Groom.
- No Introductions: Just a welcome, then into Blessing, Toast and Speeches.
You are not limited to these suggestions, but they should be used as a guide to selecting the option that best fits your situation. Each event is customized to your special needs, so please feel free to contact me to discuss you ideas.
