Atmosphere Productions: Sarah & Mark - March 12th

The Bond Ballroom in Hartford is one of our favorite facilities.  With the view eleven floors up, overlooking Bushnell Park and downtown Hartford, it's huge dance floor and the crystal chandelier as the centerpiece, this room is a classic example of 1920's style and grandeur.  Taking care of all the details is Joe Howard, Elli, Cathy and the rest of the great staff.

This is the location that Sarah and Mark chose for their Ceremony and Reception.  This was also the same day as the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Downtown Hartford. The sun was shining and eyes were smiling as our Justice of the Peace, Sal J. Fiore officiated a beautiful indoor ceremony.

Cocktail Hour followed for the guests whilst Sarah, Mark and family members took formal pictures with Brooke Sforza and her staff from Brooke Allison Photography, who worked quickly and smoothly to get all the pictures before dinner.

For the introduction of the Bridal Party and parents, we used the grand staircase, with the Bride & Groom making their grand entrance to our custom edit of The Black Eyed Peas "The Time".

Sarah and Mark are fans of Michael Buble, so an upbeat mix was put together for dinner with some standard love songs thrown in for good measure.

During dinner the Father of the Bride surprised everyone by having the Irish Bagpipers, from the earlier parade, play an Irish selection from the center of the dance floor.

The dancing started right after dinner, with selections from Sarah and Mark's music list:

We kept the dance floor filled all evening long with the right mix of music from Sarah and Mark's selections and wrapped up the evening with Michael Buble "Save The Last Dance For Me" and Journey's "Don't Stop Believing".  We had some really nice comments about our service at the end of the evening.  It was a pleasure taking care of Sarah and Mark's wedding reception entertainment and we wish them all the very best for the future.
