This second edition is full of exciting new photos of Cindy’s travels to Italy, where she received inspiration for her Italian cuisine and entertaining tips. Cindy has also included photos of her family, who continue to be a huge support in her flourishing journey, which started from owning her own computer software training company, to becoming a regular television and social media sensation!
Cindy’s passion for cooking started when she was a young girl. She began making dishes and creating her own recipes as soon as she could reach the counter in her Nana’s kitchen. Over the years, Cindy and her grandmother would spend hours creating delicious meals each day and the “masterpieces” were served to the entire family for Sunday dinner.
“I have carried those memories with me throughout my life, and after 40 years, I decided to write down the recipes that brought me such joy,” said Cindy. “If you have ever struggled with finding your authentic purpose, then you will understand why it took me many years to write this book.”
Cindy’s Table represents a collection of recipes, ideas, and tips from a variety of sources. Cindy created these recipes as a mother of two, her Italian heritage, and most of all, memories of the time spent in Nana’s kitchen.

About the Author
Cindy Barbieri was born and raised in southern, New Hampshire, but her heritage is deeply rooted in Naples, Italy. Her love for cooking began at a young age, under the gentle wing of her first mentor-her Nana, Nicolina Barbieri. At a young age Cindy watched and learned, and was lovingly enlisted as Nana’s official helper in her sweet-smelling kitchen.
Cindy continued cooking with her own children, Nana’s namesake, Nicole and her “picky-eater,” Steven- all the while juggling a full-time schedule in the high-tech software field. She eventually parlayed that experience into her own software training company, which allowed her the flexibility to re-ignite her passion for cooking.
She and her husband Glenn along with their Jack Russell pup, Jake, spend most of summers at their Massachusetts lake house, where they love to entertain. During the fall and winter months, they make their home in Marlborough, CT where they frequently invite friends over to enjoy Cindy’s ever expanding repertoire of delicious dishes.
