Do You Have Your Vendor Emergency Contact Numbers On Hand?  


Do you have emergency contact numbers for EACH of your vendors – not just the weekday office voice mail numbers?




Due to complex nature of planning such an event as a wedding reception, situations and circumstances do occur that need immediate attention.  But how do you rectify such problems?  Do you know how to contact each of your wedding vendors ON your Wedding Day?


 



Plan Ahead

It’s a great idea to get ALL your wedding related vendors to provide a phone number, so that you can contact them in the event of an emergency.


Certain circumstances arise which are totally out of your control, but, if your able to contact the right vendor at the right time, a solution maybe found.  After all, this is just good business sense and great customer service.




It’s suggested that you compile ALL your wedding vendors emergency numbers, put them on an index card, address book or cell phone address book.  Give a list to your reception site, your Best Man and Maid/Matron of Honor.  This way a mishap doesn’t turn into a disaster.
