As a recent bride myself, I jumped at the opportunity to blog about wedding bands. Remember, your bands are forever. They can’t be eaten, they don’t die like flowers and it’s not something you only wear once. You look at your wedding bands every single day so why not look at something beautiful. Trends: Ladies, the newest trend in bands is what we like to call “twins”. Accent bands that hug next to eat side of your engagement ring and make your center diamond POP! Men, it’s all about the finish! Many bands you see on display are available in different finishes, ex: brushed, shiny, hammered, pebble. So don’t be afraid to ask what your options are and go with the one that best suits you. Metals: First, you always want to match the metal of your engagement. That way you are sure that they will wear the same in color and shine. Now, a question I get asked all the time; what is the difference and benefits of platinum versus white gold. The only benefit of white gold is if you a
